Kayla Sim Beauty ships within the United States only.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time: Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days after processing. Total time from order to delivery is typically 7–15 business days.

Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $5.99. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
